The CKIT1 door chime kit from Newhouse Hardware includes all the essentials for a simple door chime system: 1 door chime, 1 16V/10VA transformer, and 2 surface mount lighted push-buttons. The door chime is designed for hardwired installation and can be used for one or two doors. It offers two distinct chimes, a 2-note melody for the front door and a 1-note melody for the back door, making it easy to determine which door needs attention.

The surface mount lighted push-buttons are easy to install and can be mounted on the doorframe or exterior wall of your home. The door chime itself measures 7-3/16W x 5 inches H and is white in color. The doorbell buttons measure 7/8 x 5/8 x 2 3/4 inches and are also white.

Please be aware that the 16V/10VA transformer included in this kit is not compatible with video doorbells such as RING. This kit is specifically intended for use with the included buttons.
